Threw in a little UT2 action this evening when we got home from our trip to Leicester. 2 x 20 min @ r18 gave me a 2:13 split and kept the HR under the UT2 limit on average, with just a little flirting with the line on the second half of the second piece until I pushed it on a bit for the finish. This might be starting to work. Oh, and that clocked me 60k for the week, which is nice. |

I've been feeling what seems to be a slight strain in the right quad so a couple of days off are in order, methinks. Might give it a gentle UT2 bash tomorrow, we'll see. |

Same here Nellers I used a hotel gym erg today and the chain felt awful, I did 1k before deciding to move to other cardio machines instead. I then did another 1k to finish and the pace and stroke rate was all over the place it kept showing pace at ~1:30 and SR at around 80, I kind of wish I'd done a 2k TT as a steady 1k came out at sub1:50 pace 😂

As long as you get photographic proof of the monitor at the end of the 2k it would count. Where was this hotel, exactly? |
