Binks Felt good all the way through which is great after yesterday. Beat my last time by 1 minute which I am pleased with as it was reallly hard this year with the mud and of course yesterdays Serpentine RC 3:06:55 3:07:55 3:54:00 51.95
Capricorn Had hoped to sneak under 4 hours, but I think slipping and sliding through all that mud proved too much. It was very hard going at times !
Brilliant organisation this year - compared to the issues last year - and it's still a nice, scenic route. Unaffiliated 3:27:16 3:37:55 3:59:59 4:06:18 56.88

Jonny My worst time for a marathon but I knew it would be tough. Ran the first 8-10 miles with not much trouble but could feel a blister forming on my left big toe. I was expecting as much mud and puddles as there was. I was through halfway in 2 hours but started to get cramp in my quads within another mile, this was quickly followed by the expected right knee pain. From here on in it hurt as going down hill was painful on my knees and going up was tough physically through the mud. I would say this was the most challenging race I've entered and completed mainly due to the mud. Might rest my knee for a while before returning for my next run. Don't quite know how we ended up in Hampshire, or how my car got stuck on the country lane almost blocking the route - but it didn't rain after 12...
