47 year old, started joggin Jan 2010 (new yr resolution) Still jogging / running and enjoying it more and more. Did first 5mile race March 28 and cant wait for next one. Steadily improving and losing weight gradually. Just done 5k Sept 5th. Training for sheffield half in may 2011
