About Me | |
---|---|
I think of myself as a marathon runner (15 done since 2012), but with an interrupted running history due to various injuries/niggles at different times. I now happily fill recovery breaks with cycling - my old friend - and have been trying my hand at weight training and yoga as a prophylactic. Finding I like being a multi-sport person And having packed in being an employee, I now have more time to devote to being sporty.
