CrazyLegs Really enjoyed this race though the wind made sections of it hard work. The km markers seemed to be in interesting positions like the 6km marker was immediately after the 5km one! Unaffiliated 48:55 48:55 1:00:00 59:48 49.69

And I'll not be betting on myself until the day before, if I do! ***RACE REPORT*** Not good Achilles is officially bu@@gered Fist almost 3K were nicely sub 4's, running easily, but achilles getting tighter - so pulled up at just before 3 and pottered around the rest of the event with Velociraptor - which was very pleasant :o) Almost certainly going to defer London Cumberland AC 40:31 48:21 48:21 56.66

Velociraptor Not an easy race, but no more undulating than the course on which I ran my current 10k PB a few months ago. I shall be taking a serious pop at sub-46, but am a decidedly risky bet. UPDATE Apologies to everyone who bet on me! This was more off-road than I remembered, and although I ran my little socks off I wasn't on flying form today. April Fool's Day trick with the kilometre markers was predictable. Tell you what, though - it was great fun and I'd gladly make this one of my Cumberland AC 46:06 48:21 45:50 48:21 65.18
