About this parkrun
All run on trail paths , can be muddy in places after rain. The 1st mile is a long drag uphill , a short downhill followed by another climb to the highest point for the 2nd mile & a lovely last mile down hill (or would have been had I worn trail shoes). CwAckie Racer 15th Apr 2023
It's approximately 1.4km uphill from the start, followed by 0.45km downhill, followed by 1.15km gradual uphill, followed by a fast 2km downhill finish. Very few flat areas. Trail shoes when wet, road shoes are okay during dry months.
