I’ve done 18 ish miles this week. That’s the most since I had a week off in February. That used to be a lowish mileage total 😳

Afternoon all. I did 4.7 miles this morning, feeling a bit fragile with IBS so didn't want to push it too much. Was really muggy out there. Then I collected teen, we've had a KFC and now we're at the studio and she's filling her art sketch book up. We had a stressful week, she's struggling at college but doesn't seem to be getting support at her mum's. She's doing great today and has already produced lots of great work so it's looking positive already.

I'm doing admin, Fetching and tidying as well as trying not to interfere too much lol.
