That was good. Challenging but I enjoyed it.....

Iron Series 30 minute leg workout. Day 1....

SUITCASE SQUAT - pair of 8kgs
SUITCASE SQUAT - pair of 8kgs
STATIC LUNGE -  pair of 5kgs [limited range with lunges because of my lack of hip flexibility. My knee doesn't touch the floor. Only goes to about 3 inches above the floor]
SWITCH SIDE! - pair of 5kgs 
SWITCH SIDE! - pair of 5kgs 
RDL - pair of 8kgs

RDL - pair of 8kgs
RDL - pair of 8kgs
REAR STEP LUNGE - used 8kg (see above comment about my range of motion in lunges)
SWITCH SIDE! left 8kg
SWITCH SIDE! right 8kg
SWITCH SIDE! left 8kg

PAUSE AT BOTTOM GOBLET SQUAT - just two sets so used one 10kg DB
PAUSE AT BOTTOM GOBLET SQUAT

LATERAL LUNGE right - one DB again - I used 5kg
SWITCH SIDE - 5kg (cos it was a new movement for me)
SWITCH SIDE! 8kgs
SWITCH SIDE! 8kgs

FINISHER: goblet squat -  8kg
30 secs 1/2 range GOBLET SQUAT
30 secs FULL RANGE! GOBLET SQUAT
30 secs 1/2 range GOBLET SQUAT
60 seconds BODYWEIGHT FULL RANGE!

Did whole thing but not the full range of motion for lunges. Lack of flexibility in hips. Otherwise not too bad.
