Bower Park. Went prepared to volunteer, but got a run. I'd gone prepared for that possibility too. Five loopy laps, rough paths with a bit of grass, flat as owt (don't know where my Garmin got the ascent and descent from). Too rough underfoot to run really hard. Nice to be back to Cumbrian levels of "friendly".
17th out of 26 finishers.

Nice 😀
nice to have parkrun such a short walk away, even if its not the most inspiring of routes. Good run
Quite a fun "in the spirit of parkrun" event. Worth a visit
Nicely modulated. Hing oan, you were 17/26 with that time? parkrun towers will be have a word with the ED over the unacceptably low average finishing time.
Aye, Geoff's going to be in bother. We've suggested making it a mandatory part of the rugby players' training programme. parkrun.org.uk
Impressive lady just ahead of you
Good running. 5 laps though! Still with 26 people passing should be too much of an issue.
Nice one!
A clubmate I didn't know about, Rosehip! She was running like someone half her age.
