Cold metal in the garage. First time since 16/12/23. Past Me's skimpy notekeeping, which seemed like a good idea at the time, is annoying Current Me, so I'll put the detail in here even though it's all very puny.
Curls: 10/10/10 @ 13.25kg.
3 x 30 crunches in table top between sets.
Bench (wide): 10/10/10 @ 20kg.
3 x (2x12) clamshells between sets.
Bent over rows: 12/12/12 @ 15.75kg.
3 x (4x10) calf raises between sets.
3 x (2x20) side bends with 9(ish)kg dumbbell. Big step up from 5kg.
3 x 12 triceps extensions with 5kg between sets.
Also some unloading, moving and racking weights.

Looks like a good continuation of your strength training to me. Well done. 💪👏

Thanks, Ness :) Wafting small dumbbells around in the bedroom is better than nothing, but if I want shapely shoulders in a running vest I need to get under a barbell.

I get that. Small muscle group, I think. I'm still struggling with both shoulder press and bench press form. I call it 'work in progress'!

Your form's OK, Ness. Otherwise you'd get injured pressing the weights you do.

Thanks, Vrap. My spotter/coach is quite critical 😉 but true about injury potential if I wasn't getting it nearly right.
